1. The service

Somi is a software application offering guided breathing, mood journaling, exercises and conversation companionship for everyday emotional wellbeing. Somi is not a medical device and is not a healthcare service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental health condition, and nothing said by the companion should be treated as clinical advice.

2. Crisis and your responsibility

Somi is not designed to handle emergencies. If you may be in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact a local crisis service immediately — Samaritans (UK) on 116 123 (free, 24/7), 988 in the US, or your local emergency services. You are responsible for your own safety and for seeking professional care where needed.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

Somi Pro is a subscription at $4.99 (or local equivalent) per month, billed by Stripe and renewing automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription; access continues through the end of the paid period. Prices and features may change with notice. Pro entitlements are tied to the email used at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully. Somi may moderate or refuse content that is abusive or unlawful. Generative responses may be imperfect — please verify anything important; nothing Somi says is a substitute for professional, legal or medical judgment.

5. Your data

Your journal data is stored on your device as described in the Privacy Policy. Materials you create remain yours, and you may export them at any time from Settings.

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loadcircle Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Somi.

7. Governing law
